DIKISAR
- bawang besar
- bawang merah
- bawang putih 2 ulas
- cili kering
CARANYA
- Cuci kerang sehingga bersih dan rebuskan sebentar tanpa air untuk memastikan kerang terbuka time kita nak masak nanti
- Tumis semua bahan kisar, bawang besar yang dipotong. Kemudian biarkan seketika hingga pecah minyak
- Masukkan serai kemudian masukkan kerang, garam, gula, renehkan sehingga masak.
