[SKINCARE] Benton Airfit UV Defense Sunscreen

I recently had the opportunity to try out the Benton Airfit UV Defense Sunscreen, and overall, I found it to be a reliable and effective sunscreen option. Sun protection is a crucial step in any skincare routine, and finding a sunscreen that offers adequate protection without causing irritation or leaving a heavy residue can be a challenge. The Benton Airfit UV Defense Sunscreen manages to strike a good balance in these aspects.

The sunscreen is formulated with physical UV filters, namely zinc oxide and titanium dioxide. These ingredients provide broad-spectrum protection against both UVA and UVB rays, shielding the skin from the harmful effects of sun exposure. Physical filters are generally well-tolerated by sensitive skin types, making this sunscreen suitable for those with easily irritated skin.

The texture of the Benton Airfit UV Defense Sunscreen is lightweight and non-greasy, making it easy to apply. It spreads evenly on the skin and absorbs relatively quickly, leaving behind a matte finish. I appreciate that it doesn't leave a white cast, which can be a common issue with some physical sunscreens. However, it's worth noting that if you have a deeper skin tone, you may need to blend the product in more thoroughly to avoid any potential white residue.

One of the standout features of this sunscreen is its ability to function well under makeup. It doesn't pill or disrupt the application of foundation or other makeup products, which is a significant plus for those who like to wear sunscreen daily and follow it up with makeup.

In terms of wearability, I found that the Benton Airfit UV Defense Sunscreen held up well throughout the day. It provided reliable sun protection without causing excessive oiliness or clogging my pores. However, if you have very dry skin, you may want to ensure that you moisturize adequately before applying this sunscreen, as it can be slightly drying on its own.

Packaging-wise, the sunscreen comes in a sleek and travel-friendly tube, which is hygienic and easy to squeeze out the desired amount. The tube is also opaque, protecting the product from light exposure and potential degradation.
