Hello April | It's been a while since my last post. Thanks to my fellow readers who still reading my blog and waiting for my update, who still supporting me...thanks a lot! I really mean it. This is the difficult term for me and my team. Well, obviously I don't want to talk about it. Please free me from all the dramas..really need a break, long holidays perhaps😆🙏Actually, I have a lot to talk to..but I just don't know where to start with.😅
MY GOALS FOR APRIL
1. Read every night before bed
One of my goals for this year is to read at least 10 books, and so far I've read only 1 book. It's still a long journey and I want to make it as a habit to read a book every night even though only a few pages every night. Better than nothing right.
2. Reduce my weight
For the past 3 months, I consistently lost about 3 kg, estimate around 1kg per month. Looking at the result make me motivated and hopefully my aim to lost around 10kg this year. 😊 another 7 kilos to go yeahh!
Actions:
- walk at least 20 minutes daily
- do exercise videos at least twice a week
- eat protein for breakfast daily
- drink 6-8 glasses of water daily
- go to bed by 10 pm
3. Keep blogging
I know that I'm not consistently updating my blog, hoping that I can update my blog daily if I can, if not at least once a week.
4. Live at a slower pace, engage in real life and enjoy more daily.
- journal daily
- laugh daily (watch funny videos or read funny blogs/books)
- do coloring at least twice a week
Actions:
- post my current specific goals on the fridge & review them daily
- have a weekly money meeting to create our spending plan
- buy only needs for the month of April & review overall budget monthly
